Re: Marketing Manager Position
Dear [HR Director],
When writing a cover letter the first paragraph tells the employer why you are writing. You may include the name of a personal contact in common, if someone has referred you or recommend that you get in touch with the person or company.
You can also include your college and current status and a short explanation on the reason you feel you are the ideal applicant for the Manager Marketing position.
When writing a job application letter for a manager marketing position the middle paragraphs allow you to explain to the organization/company what you’ve got to propose.
You can start by stating you’re involvement with the Sales and Market Manager Industry. Specify the names of contractors or corporations you’ve held positions within the industry and for what period of time did you hold each position. Mention your level of ability in intellectual ability, analytical ability, communication skills, organization skills, ability to work in groups, perseverance, imaginative and creative potential.
Tell some of your responsibilities and describe how it would be beneficial to the work you are applying for. Write a short anecdote if necessary to emphasize a point or a skill. List a few of your personal qualities that can differenciate you from the others. Include any internship experiences, coursework certifications, volunteering, or co-curricular activities, etc.
Be sure to provide any skills, analytical and leadership abilities, languages (i.e. written and verbal) or any other skills beneficial to making your letter stand out among heaps of other applicants.
The last paragraph will describe how and when you are going to do the follow-up. It is your responsibility to follow up as long as the internship/job description specifically states no phone calls or email follow up.
Follow up is usually 24-48 hours for an online application and it can expand to one week with the ones via mail.
Kind regards,
