Dear Sir or Madam,
I am submitting my resume in consideration to any vacancies related to HR field that your organization might have at this time of year and suitable to my experience.
As my resume shows, in the last 14 years I tackled all HR activities from recruiting, training, compensation and benefits, assessing, payroll administration to labour legislation aspects like handling labour litigations, individual & collective dismissals, Collective Labour Agreements negotiations with the union. In other words, I consider that I have extensive knowledge in human resources field.
Even if my resume shows that I worked for the same company for more than 14 years still, during this period, the company had four owners and four Managing Directors, each of them coming with different business plan and management style so that this could be in fact seen as if I had worked for four different companies in this time.
I would welcome the opportunity to participate in a personal interview to answer any of your questions and better present my qualifications and experience.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Traian Ionel
